How do I sync my vehicle to a My Renault account?
Your dealership will assist you on the day of delivery with linking your My Renault account to your vehicle. Are you doing the procedure yourself? Here are the steps to follow, depending on your onboard system:

Before you begin:
- Make sure you've downloaded the My Renault app on your smartphone and created an account.
- Keep your login credentials handy.
Steps:
1. Open the My Renault app on your smartphone and enter the VIN number to add your vehicle.
2. Your vehicle will appear on the app home screen with the option “Connect your vehicle."
3. Get into your car, ensure network coverage, and switch on the infotainment screen.
4. On the car screen, accept data sharing with Renault and open the notifications panel by swiping down from the top.
5. In the My Renault app, tap “Connect your vehicle” and follow the instructions to send the OTP on your car’s infotainment screen. Enter the OTP in the app to complete the vehicle pairing.
Note: Only one My Renault account can be connected to the vehicle at a time.
