It is a warranty under the Renault Forever Program which covers warranty of one (1) year or 10,000 kilometers, whichever occurs earlier, granted to the Customer upon expiry of the Standard Warranty term, upon completion of each annual periodical maintenance service at an Authorized Renault Dealership and compliance with the Program terms. Such additional warranty may be extended annually for up to seven (7) years of Vehicle age or 1,50,000 kilometres, whichever occurs earlier. 

It’s a comprehensive programme that applies only to Duster cars sold from 2026 onwards.

There is no additional costs incurred by the customer for availing the Additional Warranty. There are no complex formalities. The additional warranty is automatically activated on the completion of a scheduled vehicle service at the Renault workshop. By adhering to the vehicle’s periodic maintenance schedule, customers can extend their additional warranty by an additional 12 months/10,000 km, year after year, until the 7-year/150,000 km limit is reached.

The Renault additional Warranty commences after the expiry of the standard warranty period, i.e. 3 years/100,000 km (whichever occurs first), and starts from the corresponding periodic service date and remains valid for one year or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first), until the 7-year/150,000 km limit is reached.

No! To avail the benefits of the Renault additional warranty, Periodical Maintenance Service  should be done by the Customer within the prescribed mileage or the time specified in the maintenance schedule without any delay or service missing. 

Parts coverage under the Additional Warranty will differ from the Standard Warranty/Renault New Vehicle Warranty. Refer the additional warranty terms and conditions available in Renault.co.in website for more information. 

Additional Warranty will be activated every time an eligible vehicle is serviced. In this example, the vehicle will be covered until one day before the 7th year of the vehicle delivery date.

If a vehicle is sold, the new owner inherits the benefits providing that vehicle is maintained at Renault service center as per additional warranty terms and conditions.

Roadside Assistance cover is not included in the additional Warranty but can be purchased separately if required. 

In addition to the additional warranty, servicing at a Renault service centre provides other significant benefits to customers. Work is carried out by trained Renault technicians, using genuine Renault parts to ensure optimal performance.
