To synchronise your car equipped with the openR link multimedia system with the My Renault app, follow the steps below and watch the tutorial video.
Make sure you have downloaded the My Renault app onto your smartphone and created your account.

Open the My Renault app on your smartphone and enter the VIN number to add your vehicle.

Your vehicle will appear on the app home screen with the option “Connect your vehicle.”

Get into your car, ensure network coverage, and switch on the infotainment screen.

On the car screen, accept data sharing with Renault and open the notifications panel by swiping down from the top.

In the My Renault app, tap “Connect your vehicle” and follow the instructions to send the OTP on your car’s infotainment screen. Enter the OTP in the app to complete the vehicle pairing.
