Service staff at our dealerships are well trained to carry out service/repairs on customer’s vehicles, using Renault genuine parts and consumables. It is recommended to get your car serviced at a Renault authorised dealership as per the recommended schedule. This will avoid further inconvenience.
Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) is designed to ensure optimum performance, durability, and reliability of your car. Therefore, it is recommended to follow the periodic maintenance schedule for the trouble-free operation of the car. Kindly refer to the owner’s manual for further details on the Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS).
Free service implies zero labour charges during the service of the car. However, the parts & consumables used are chargeable.

Value Added Services (VAS) are car renewal and enrichment services to enhance the condition of your Renault. These services are not a part of periodic maintenance and are not mandatory. These services can be availed as per your choice on a paid basis.

We would recommend you to visit the same dealer who originally sold the car to you. However, you may visit any dealership of your choice for servicing of your Renault car.
Renault warranty is applicable for the models with standard fitments only.
i) Any alteration in the standard fitments will void the warranty of your car.
ii) Aftermarket CNG fitment will void the warranty of your car.
Warranty repairs can be performed at any authorised dealership of Renault.
Car tyres are warranted against defects in material and workmanship (excluding external reasons/usage wear out). They are covered under the respective tyre manufacturer's warranty within the applicable standard warranty terms of the car.
Battery is warranted directly by the respective manufacturer. However, authorised Renault dealers shall provide assistance for dealing with the defects of the respective manufacturer. To be specific, Battery coverage is 1 yr or 20kms whichever is earlier from the date of sale of the vehicle.

Depending on the type of problem, either a mobile technician will be sent to mobilise your vehicle at the roadside or a recovery vehicle will be sent to recover your vehicle to the nearest authorised Renault dealership. The car can also be towed to your preferred dealership as long as it is within the same city limit. Renault roadside assist will cover the following human error apart from road traffic accidents:
No, the roadside assist team will tow your vehicle to the nearest authorised Renault dealership. Due to safety reasons, a duplicate key of your car is not available either with the roadside assist team or the Renault dealership. The respective dealership will place the order for the part and assist you further.
