TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASHBACK OFFER

Cashback shall be offered by select dealers who retail the vehicle to the respective customer. Cashback from Renault dealers in UP (Except dealerships in Ghaziabad, Noida, Hapur, and Bulandshahar), Uttarakhand and Rajasthan

i. Cashback on booking amount, if applicable, is over and above the consumer offers applicable at the time of retail

ii. The cashback amount is limited to INR 2500/-. The said cashback shall be applicable only if the following conditions are met and the said cashback shall be processed as an adjustment/discount in the total payment being made for the vehicle or accessories purchase

a. A minimum payment of INR 5000 is paid at the time of booking from Renault India’s website www.renault.co.in or from the MY Renault App by selecting the dealers in the mentioned states, or directly at the dealerships 

iii. The cashback shall be provided only on successful booking and on the receipt of the booking amount. In any event of a dispute regarding the success of the payment for said booking amount, the decision of the dealer shall be final

iv. The cashback is applicable on the entire range except for Renault DUSTER HR13 

v. This is a limited period offer valid only for bookings made between 24th August to 31st August and retailed on or before 31st August 2020

vi. RIPL has the right to withdraw the offers at any time without any obligation to the customers or prospective buyers other than those as specifically qualified and accepted herein

vii. The customer(s) is strongly advised to seek clarification regarding the availability/applicability of the aforementioned offers by connecting with their nearest dealer

viii. RIPL or its dealers shall not be liable for any loss/damage caused to any customer/prospective buyer as a consequence of participation in the aforementioned offers

ix. The decision of RIPL shall be final and binding for any question relating to the interpretation or applicability of the offer

x. The Courts of Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate on any unresolved dispute arising out the aforementioned offers
