Roles & Responsibility

- Follow the network on all the Quality & After-sale business KPIs (Parts, Customer
Satisfaction, Recall campaign, Service Market share ) and implement corrective actions,
if needed
- Deploy Renault Referential, Methods & Standards, workshop organization and Quality
policy
- Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction and Service Retention objectives
- Deploy and pilot all animation systems of the network
- Ensure the service coverage on its territory
- Inform, manage the after sales commercial policy of Renault with the Dealer
- Reach the target of the PUSH parts promotions
- Deploy the PULL service promotions (to retail customers) in the workshops of the
network
- Animate the service people
- Build and pilot the training plan of the After-sales employees of the network
, in relation with the training centre
- Mandate the experts from the subsidiary to realize diagnostics and build actions
plan and ensure the follow-up and implementation of these actions plan (workshop
organization, methods, E4 project)
- Provide feed-back to RIPL on the different programs efficiency
- Manage the customer claims with the dealer and head office, ensure an answer is
provided within the target time
- The profile will have 50% responsibility of Sales and its related activities and
50% in After Sales and service activities

- Ensure that the correct operational tools and processes as defined by the RIPL
departments are in place and used

- Ensure that deployment of actions are efficiently applied and followed in the
Dealerships including
- Commercial Activity Campaigns
- Marketing plans for cars and Workshop sales
- New model launches
- To ensure tactical actions are applied and understood by relevant dealer staff
- Micro-level monitoring of dealership sales activities
- Assist the Business Manager on issue relating to dealer financial performance
- To supply relevant feedback to the HO on competitor activities
- To give feedback on the efficiency of dealer programmes
- To follow the management of Dealer stocks and to ensure that actions are being
taken to control ageing and stock turn
- To build a professional and motivational relationship with the Dealer team across
all disciplines
- Efficient Management Of Renault India Commercial Budgets
- Lead a team of sales managers effectively and efficiently and to ensure new dealers
readiness as per Renault standards
- To explore potential areas of market and support network development in setting
up of dealership
